FBA-NOVA presents its annual Bench Bar Dialogue: a panel discussion on current issues in federal civil discovery practice, featuring the Magistrate Judges of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division.
This year’s seminar will explore the changes in pretrial practice in response to the pandemic, including remote depositions, ZOOM hearings and settlement conferences, and other discovery procedures that are affected by the implementation of remote discovery practice.
