The Board of Directors of the Arlington County Bar Foundation are pleased to announce the selection of The Honorable Claude M. Hilton, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, as this year’s recipient of the William L. Winston Award. This award is given annually to a member of the Northern Virginia community for long standing public service, who also has distinguished himself or herself in the promotion of democratic ideals and advancement of the rule of law.
